Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Techniques: What the Blurb says

The structure of the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Techniques book is fantastic. There is a lot less ‘posturing’ than most BJJ books.

The way each of the techniques are laid out, makes it really clear and simple. It starts off with simple techniques and builds up slowly. There options for if the technique doesn’t work and variations on everything.

There are also some No Gi techniques, of which Machado is known for being one of the best in the world for.

Great book and definitely one you can learn and improve from
