We want our products to reach you in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it to us anytime within 7 days of receiving your item for a full refund. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging and should not have been used. No refund for P&P will be made.
If you are returning an item which is faulty or damaged we will send a replacement item by return, p&p free, we will also refund your return postage costs.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Your right to cancel your order: Under the Consumer Protection - "Distance Selling Regulations 2000" you (the consumer) have the right to cancel your order within a 7 working day period. The cancellation period starts from the day that the goods are received.
The regulations require the consumer to send a notice of cancellation in writing including fax or email. A telephone call is not enough. In the event of cancellation the goods must be returned (as new) at the consumers own expense. A full refund will be given upon receipt of the returned goods.

Sparring or training equipment is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during "supervised" , no contact or light contact martial arts sparring. Gear sold by Enso Martial Arts Supplies is intended only for light martial arts training whilst under the supervision of a skilled instructor who should responsibly monitor both technique and intensity of sparring or training to ensure students are kept as safe as is practically possible. All participants should wear full sets of protective equipment and ensure they are in good condition. Enso Martial Arts Supplies accepts no liability for injuries of any type.

3. All goods and services purchased from this website are subject to the terms and conditions listed.
4. Goods will be supplied after a payment has been approved.
5. Visitors are prohibited from modifying, copying, distributing, transmitting, displaying, publishing, selling, licensing, and creating derivative works of any content on the Website ("Content") unless authorized in writing by us to do so.

9. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
10. All uniforms are prone to an initial amount of shrinkage, especially cotton uniforms and clothing.
11. It is recomended that you order uniforms which are one size larger than eventually required and control the shrinkage with varying washing temperatures.
12. We cannot be held responsible for items which are ordered which subsequently shrink.
13. We do not accept orders for weapons from anyone under the age of 18 years nor will we process orders for weapons where the selected payment method is "cheque/money order"
14. Carriage will be by post or carrier at the dicretion of the company which will obtain a reciept of despatch. The company will have no further responsibility for delivery. However, the company will insure goods for the full value on behalf of the customer on reciept of (a) specific instruction (b) a prepaid of 20p per £50 vat inclusive or part there of goods despatched.
15. In the event of non arrival of goods, the customer must notify the compnay within 21 days of the fate of despatch of the customers written order.
16. Damaged and shortage goods must be notified to the company in writing within 4 days. Damaged goods recieved by the customer must be signed for "as damaged" or no responsibility can be taken on our part.
17. All contact sports involve a degree of danger although the products within this website can reduce the risk of injury no uarantee is given or implied and therefore the user assumes full responsibility for safe use of the equipment and any injuries sustained
18. Due to improvement in martial world, we reserve the right to alter specifications on products without any notice
19. The actual products may differ from the images shown on this website.
20. Customers have the right to return goods within 7 days of recieving them
